Windermere does not have any apartments. About the closest complex is a mile north from the city limits on Maguire Rd in Orange County. It’s called Key Isle and is a very nice complex. Rent will probably start around 1000.00 per month.

I agree, this is a nice fairly new complex adjacent to a Publix shopping center in Ocoee. Good schools too.

They are very nice condos and be sure to research and get the best rate possible. They are loads of them on the rental market at the moment as loads of investors bought them so you should be able to get a good deal. We have friends who bought one and have not been able to rent it out!
They are well positioned. Short drive to I-4, shopping , bars and restaurants.
Look at Summerport as well they seem to have alot of townhomes and homes on the rental market.

I actually live in the townhomes at Lake Reams and I love it. There are quite a few for lease and for sale in the neighborhood, but it is not due to any negative reason. As someone stated before, a lot of people bought 2 or 3 homes and are now having trouble renting them out. The market was so good for a while, everyone was buying, so renting was out. I do see people moving in fairly fequently. Ashton Woods is the builder here and I would recommend them hands down. My house is three years old and has been through four hurricanes, but there is nothing going wrong with it at all. It is still in perfect condition. The townhome 2 doors down from me is for lease, I know and has been just for about 2 months. I believe the people living there before were paying $1200 - it's a 3 bedroom, so maybe a 2 bedroom would even be less. It is very quiet here and we get to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night. We are actually about to put ours on the market since we will be relocating to Houston sometime this year, so I am trying to keep my head up about the ability to sell!! Good luck to you. Windermere is beautiful!
