This polls refers to places that have been unstable for the past couple of years (Metrowest, Kissimmee, Poinciana, parts of East Orlando, etc.), not older stable neighborhoods or towns that haven't had a huge drops.

I hope it has hit bottom or at least close to it. I don't want to see anymore price drops! To me, real estate is cyclic, so it has it's ups and downs. From what I've seen, it goes in it's 3 year waves in my area. I want to think positive and say things will pick up, but IMHO, I think it will be at least a year. Another thing is that they have to go through all the foreclosures. On my side of town, I'm not seeing many left at all, so that's a good sign hopefully. To everyone out there trying to sell, hang in there! Buyer's better get the deals while they are out there, before you know it, they will be gone!
