Has anyone heard about Barclay Condos at Heathrow/Lake Mary....what are the goods and bads of this place?

Also which side of I-4 of Lake Mary is the best side to live on thanks

I have heard the monthly HOA is very high. I'm not sure what it includes. Have you looked at Colonial Grand? As far as which side of I-4 to live, I guess it depends on which schools you want to be zoned for.
