Are there any nice restaurants to eat at in Windermere? If not where are the closes nice places to eat nearby. By nice I mean above average everyday restaurants! Thanks for the help.

Most restaurants are around Windermere on Sand Lake Road. Season's 52 and Ruth Chris are two that come to mind. One of my fav is Stonewood Grill on Dr. Phillips Blv.

Default Windermere Restaurants

Wow, restaurants in Windermere - great idea! I've been waiting for three years!! The Chinese restaurant in the Publix plaza is excellent and thank God the same owners are opening a pizza restaurant this week - and they deliver!! Can't wait for something other than Domino's...Sand Lake is the closest for nice places, I recommend Bonefish Grill - great seafood, Outback prices (same owners).

My daughters both work at Timpano Italian Chophouse on Sand Lake. Their food is really very good. There are plenty of other places to pick from in that area commonly referred to as "Restaurant Row". Samba Room, Jeffrey's, Roy's, Morton's to name a few.
