Probably not in areas that you'd want to be in.

After a long search for the same thing I recently stayed at the Studio 6 in Kissimmee across from Old Town it was the best I could find that had weekly rates and accepted pets. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was it had a nice kitchen area and was reasonably priced.

I live in Kissimmee and there are many small mom & pop type motels along 192 advertising rates like $25 a nite, you just need to drive along till you find an area that looks good to you and stop and ask for whatever rate you can negoiate for a longer term stay. It is coming to the end of summer visitors and hurricane season is starting up so rates should be very reasonable at these small motels.

We're currently at Extended Stay America on Major Blvd. It's not as cheap as I'd prefer - @$45/night plus $25/night for pets up to $150 for your stay.

If you don't need to cook and a microwave and refrigerator is enough, we also stayed at Baymont Inn on Orange Blossom Trail. Their rates have been fluctuating between $40 and 60/night and the pet fee is $10/night. They do have a fantastic free breakfast every morning and coffee 24/7.

You can get a room at LaQuinta in Lake Mary for $38/night, you have to talk them down and they will do it. No pet fee.
