Key Isle at Windermere. Ocoee??? (Winter Garden: apartments, townhouse, construction)

I was looking at Key Isle at Windermere for apartments. I was wondering if anyone has lived here and what they think of the place. Also, I was confused cause its called at Windermere, which made me think it was in Windermere but then it says its in Ocoee.. what does this mean. Where is Ocoee and what is the town like?? Is it safe?

The Key Isles complex is in a very nice area. It is in the city of Ocoee but if you look up the street south at the red light the homes on the right have a Windermere address and the ones on the left have an Ocoee address.

We lived a stones throw from Key Isles in Belmere. Very safe and family friendly. You can walk to Publix and a few restaurants. The schools, Lake Whitney and Thornbrook are about the best in Orange County.

Homes in the area are well kelp and the price range in the new developments start just under $500K. There is one new townhouse development next to Key Isle and those start around $350K.

Two miles from Key Isle is a new lifestyle center under construction in the town of Winter Garden. You can check it out at winter garden village dot com. It opens this fall.
