Default Looking for a place NW of Lake Mary.

I am a middleage professional looking for a place to rent NW of Lake Mary.

I want to find something with total costs of ~$750 per month (not including cable TV and phone). I know I can search the internet, but I am posting here to find the "unlisted gems".

Being a professional I am looking for quiet living! I don't want "partyville" living. Don't get the wrong idea. I like drinking beer, grilling out on weekends, and having fun. But, I party between 12:00pm and 6:00pm, not all night.

So, if anyone knows of anything available to someone who will not be a "problem" renter, let me know. Mobile homes are *not* an option. Apartment or house is what I am looking for. Long lists of amenities are not desirable. In my spare time I read and/or workout.

PM me with contact information.

Rich

If I see anything in the paper I'll keep you in mind. what about craigslist? Have you tried it?

I'll tell you though....$750 a mth is putting you in a so/so area.

Good-Luck

Default No gems?

Only one response and one PM.

Either there are no gems or I should up the ante to $950/month?

WOW! A grand a month to have a place to sleep and/or read!

I've seen worse in the Chicago area.

Well, I'll also consider up to a 10 mile drive to my office which is in Heathrow.

Anyone looking for a good renter?

PS: I checked craigslist and there are a good number of available apartments.
