Default Looking at House in Sanford

My husband are considering purchasing a home in Sanford. Does anyone have any information/opinions on homes in the Autumn Chase Circle area? We do not have children and are in our 50s. Just looking for a nice place to retire and enjoy some great weather.

It is near Seminole Community College. We are also interested in a home in Lake Jessup Woods subdivision if anyone has any information there as well.

Both of those should be fine. I don't know about the specific subdivisions, but over by SCC and Lake Jessup are decent areas.
