I know not normally washer/dryers (though the ones I'm interested in do mention they provide full size of each) just not sure about a fridge and it doesn't say either way. (It's been quite a few years since we rented an apartment).

Thanks for any insight

I have rented in a few places and all have come with kitchen appliances (Fridge, Dishwasher, and Stove). I personally have never came across an apartment with a refridgerator, but I guess it as always good to double check!

I think most larger, newer complexes would definitely come with refrigerators. Still, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Agreed, most of the newer/nicer places I've seen come with all appliances.

Thanks everyone. We have one we could bring if needed but a) we'd rather not have to bring it from NC and b) I'd rather sell it and get a little extra cash for our moving fund.

An apartment complex surely would include a refrigerator. The only thing they usually don't is a washer/dryer. Even if they have hookups, they would likely charge for use of them if they are in the apartment already. If it is a private rental, then you would definitely want to ask.

Most of the complexes come with a fridge. I wouldn't rent from anbody who doesn't provide a refrigerator.

You know when I lived in Ca that was a more common thing to not have a fridge. Made no sense to me as I came from another state that this would of been unheard of. When I came to FL and asked the places they thought I was nuts I think but in Ca it was common. It must be some states vary. Good luck on your move

Thanks It's still in the very tentative stages (up to 9 months away or so) but I figure it's never too early to start researching and getting our ducks in a row...

The apartments around here that have hookups don't charge extra for them. The majority of apartments around here require your to pay your own electric and water bill.
