Default Buying in Orlando?
Hi,
I am a Norwegian considering bying an appartment in Orlando for rental purposes (+ also nice to have a place to stay when in town).
I'm considering bying an appartment at Vista Cay (close to the convention centre).

Do someone have some experience with the rental situation in Orlando as well as if prices are now going up?

Hoping for some good feedback.

Sorry I solicitated you I save that for the other sites, let me tell you the vanilla version, great area, great location, has distress sales, there is restaurants and theaters nearby and rentals maybe 23 weeks a year.
