to cuse: --- you are tired of threads from floridians talkin of NY...well there are alot more New Yorkers who disrespect our culture than the threads youve heard times 1000.....so i am so sorry we have to vent because someone is ruining what we have and bashing that we read the BIBLE and believe in a GOD and all the other sthings you think are irrelavent.......well i will make a bet that if you sent as many New Yorkers to Mexico or Brazil as we have in Florida ....I bet that they would try to turn those people into believing the ways of the big apple and they wouldnt even try to learn the cultures or customs over there.......and i am talking to all that are from NYC not the other part of your state......how much bigger does Chicago or even Tokyo have to get to fall in to this idea of not opening doors or being rude because " its just so fast paced" ?

you guys are funny!
seriously, i tend to believe that part of the problem is the northeasterners that have turned orlando into an unfriendly place. of couse many ppl are nice, but i have definitely been to friendlier cities. cities not as heavily populated with ny'ers and massachusetts folks. |

i'm sure there are, but usually when i get rude behavior on the road, it is a mass plate or a fla plate with "ny yankees" or "puerto rico" stickers on it. i wonder where they came from, huh?

I was thinking the same. Miami sounds far more like NYC (Manhattan) where I grew up than any other place in Florida. I only passed through it last January, so I really couldn't tell. But "big" cities do tend to have a lot of similarities.
