I am looking to buy a house in Harbour Lakes (32824 zip code). Is that a good community? I am moving from a nice neighborhood in Pennsylvania and have children in high school.

There are many communities with good schools in Orlando Metro Area, the section you are asking about I have sold homes. Is the reason you are focused on this area because of job location?

I live in that area. Is not bad.You will probably get a negative feedback from this area.just because is close to BVL and is a large percentage of Spanish people living here.More and more people from the north are buying here,because of the house you can get for the money, and is close to the parks.The only thing is, lots of teens with the Fast & the Furious syndrome here
My Daughter goes to Cypress Creek High. No complaints.
If you are looking for big house with a pool for under 200K.This is the place
If money is not an issue.There are other areas that I will consider.

No, there is a house I like but I am afraid the high school is no t good. I checked the videos of cypress creek high school in you tube and it seems the students have no time to study. They are out of control just partying and doing everything but studying.
