Of the Catholic Schools there is Bishop Moore, St. Mary Magdalen's and Church of the Annunciation also has a school. There's also Lake Highland Prep and Trinity Prep but I don't know if they are Catholic.

Mr. Florida is on a distinguished road
Both cities have quite a bit to offer. Dallas is more North than Orlando so it doesn't usually get as warm there. It is flatter in Orlando and Disney World is in the suburb of Lake Buena Vista FL. The ocean is also within fairly close range with Orlando. I'm from MN and just giving you my advice from what I've read. Personally though, I would consider moving to Orlando. It seems to have a little more to offer.

You made a lot of good points, but Dallas actually get much hotter in the summers temperature wise! It can get to triple digits in July-September while Orlando has only had this occur a handful of times when it is a record breaking heat wave. The difference would be that Orlando does have a higher rate of humidity, much more like Houston than Dallas and so given the heat index and what the temperature actually feels like, they can be comparable. Some people are really put out by humidity though.
