The guy got laid off in 2007 and he decides to go in and shoot people? Thank God they caught him before harming anyone else though. Very sad day.

OPD did do an excellent job. Quick response. And then apprehended Mr Rodriguez and nobody (thank God) got hurt at the apartment complex where he was arrested.

I wonder if the building's security officers are going to look at how this could have been prevented. He obviously just walked right in. No medical detectors or little security checks? He has had brushes with the law, although not in FL. "A former resident of both Puerto Rico and New York, Rodriguez has lived in Florida since 1999.
