I agree. I was looking through some listing for 1 bedroom short term rentals and came across a converted hotel place where the rent was like $600 a month. I'll have pull it back up for the OP.....but it ain't no condo!

This would be a very good price for a fairly nice complex. If this is true, this may be exactly what the OP is looking for.

Notice how the OP doesn't come back to respond but just goes to post in another section of Florida about moving there? What's that all about?

I was thinking the same thing. I want to be helpful, but I'd like to hear back. I don't want to waste my time sending DM's w/o a response. I hope the OP responds.

They are privately owned condos, so you need to go through the owners. There are several listed on Craigslist. To do a search and to give you an idea, type in Grassy Point under the apratment/homes for rent section. http://orlando.craigslist.org/apa/

-pool, community or private.
-on-site fitness center,
-1 bedroom, or more.
-1 bathroom, or more.
-preferably a kitchen with a decent amount of counter space,
and something similar to an island, or bar counter.
-SAFE! meaning, *less chance of alligators and snakes.
*low crime rate.
*gated community, preferably.
and anything else that comes into mind, that means safe.

All of this, and if possibly more, for no more than $550 a month, not including utilities.

If you happen to know of any place like this, or someone who I can speak with that would know, please let me know.

Thanks :]
nah you wont find anything in a safe area with all you are asking for at that price...honestly you won't...i used to deliver pizza down there and just moved...all i could find before i left with one bedroom in a safe area was for like $600 a month on apopka vineland rd. and one out by state road 535 those are the safest "apartments" i could find for my budget but i still couldnt afford the $600 with my job so i had to move back with one of my family members...condos might be more expensive
