It looks like some sort of two story strip mall, but I'm not sure. There appear to be garages on one end? Someone told me it was part of the church, but I don't think so....

The parcel is zoned commercial, so out of the two, strip mall would be my guess.

The owner name, Nassar Bassam (or his living trust) is synonymous with commercial development in the area. Either offices or strip mall store fronts. But given Oviedo's current state (many stalled commercial developments, even more vacant commercial space), I don't know why anyone would be building more commercial space.

mind boggling. All the new strip malls built in the last year or two along 434 have a BUNCH of vacant space.
