I've been house hunting recently and seen a few houses in the Southchase neighborhood, off of Wetherbee. Does anyone know which subdivisions are good or if there are any to avoid in that area? Thanks!

I spend a lot of time in Hunters Creek, Southchase and areas around Landstar Blvd and all are good area's. I know some subdivisions/sections/homes are a bit run down but we are seeing as with most distressed sales the new owner does better.

Hope this helps,

I used to live in Southchase and I will make some recommendations for you. The Downs, and Arlington Park. Also look along Bohannon Blvd. A lot of these homes a very large and nice and extremely well kept. Southwood Elementary School is also part of Arlington Park as we;;

Great area, I highly recommend it

Chruchill downs is a subdivision within a subdivision. It's part of "The Downs" in general which is where I lived. There are several downs, Essex, Turnberry, Canterbury Downs, and some others I cannot remember right now

I lived in The Downs on Bohannon Blvd by the church on Wetherbee there. Great area
