The driver of that destroyed car was killed? May they rest in peace and The Lord Jesus be with them in their time of grief

EDIT: Found the story on WFTV.com, turns out it was a head on collision with the driver (Im guessing the driver of the Toyota Tercel that was DESTROYED) crossed the median and slammed into the other car, a black Mitsubishi Galant. Tragic

I wonder why it happened? Suicide first comes to mind since one driver tried that on the 408 last year killing himself AND the driver he slammed into. Or maybe he fell asleep at the wheel? Drug overdose? Too intoxicated from drinking or drugs? Who knows, OPD probably wont release that story to the publix when the investigation concludes

Traffic was tied up pretty bad as well, the backup started (on eastbound) around Kirkman exit, I jumped off and took Vineland up to Conroy to jump back on I-4 and was only in traffic for less than one mile, but once I was in that traffic, that 1/2 mile jam lasted about 15-20 mins. According to Apple Maps, the backup on I-4 west started at the accident scene and stretch all the way to somewhere between the Ivanhoe and Princeton exits

I"m not the photographer, but I recognize that as Magnolia and Robinson in Downtown.
