The Sanctuary and Live Oak Reserve both have really nice amenity packages. No other communities in Oviedo have anything that would compare to those two. Keep in mind, though, that the city of Oviedo has a pretty nice recreation package itself with two rec centers, a skatepark, and aquatic center.

Live Oak has the best. Sanctuary has good amenities too but not as good as Live Oak.

And yes the city of Oviedo has great recreation centers. My swim team practiced at the Riverside park and the aquatic center and they are both very nice up to date facilities with a lot to offer.

I have seen both and I live in Oviedo. I believe its just the opposite. The Sanctuary has a much better gym, pool and they also have Tennis courts, playground, volleyball, basketball, Sanctuary hands down!!!!!

Live oak has all of that and more. sanctuary has 1 basket ball court and 2 tennis courst. Live oak has 2 basket courts and 4 tennis courts. I think Live oaks pool is much nicer and it has a water slide.

Live oak cannot touch the gym at the Sanctuary. We differ on this and thats okay, they are both nice. I still think the Sanctuary also has a nicer pool. Live Oak does have the slide. The homes in the Sanctuary are much nicer too but thats just my opinion.

I don't live in Live Oak, but I'm in both neighborhoods enough to compare the two.
