Flippers at SoDo was a surprise for me as well...however last time I went they screwed up my toppings and put bacon instead of pepperoni on it. My opinion of the pizza suffered even though they gave me a discount. With proper toppings, my memory of my first visit was a good one.

We're from Philly and we like Giovanni's. There is one in Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Park and Lake Mary. Thin crust and great sauce!

How is Giordano's?

We tried there stuffed pizza once...the dough was basically raw on top. The picture looked good though.

I tried Pizzeria Uno Chicago on 192 and thought it was OK. But still prefer NY style over Chicago.

There was a place I liked by the Publix/Blockbuster on 192, and it got closed - not sure of the anme - NY something. I will give Flipper's, Gino, and Goodfellas a try one day.

FLIPPERS!

/Thread

Last time I went to Old Chicago, we ordered two deep dishes, they came out soggy and uncooked, and they didn't seem to care when we complained. It's the last time I went.
