Anyone hear anything about the builder for this community which I believe is somewhere near Windermere. Good, bad, fair? Any real (as opposed to rumors) information would be appreciated.

It's a very nice townhouse community . You take 535 and turn on Reams Road go straight about 4 miles it's on the right hand side . I live about 3 miles from there a little back but we enjoy the area very much quiet .

its ok, close to disney cast member entrance (some traffic) but also easy access to 429. A bit out of the way for me.

They had quite an issue after the 05' hurricanes with water intrusion. Big class action suite from alot of their neighborhoods, they resolved it though in 08 for 1.85 million to fix documented issues..... Ryland Water Intrusion Group Effort

I haven't heard of issues in any of their newer communities, but a good internet search and talking to the neighborhs is always a good idea.

Pulte, Ashton Woods, Park Square, and I beleive Centerline are also building out that way. But in general unless you really like a brand new home with warranty that you can customize yourself, the existing townhomes in the area are usually much less expensive than new.
