If schools are important Lake County is out, unless C ratingas are acceptable. For schools
1 ) Oviedo
2) Winter Park
3) Dr. Phillips
4) Windermere ( east side)
5) Lake Mary

There ya have it... and no drum roll.

The elementary and middle schools in Clermont are all "A" rated, not "C" rated as was previously stated.

I'd suggest staying north of Lake Louisa State Park and preferably within the Clermont City limits. Just because the address is "Clermont" it doesn't mean it's in Clermont.

Also, if 800-1100 is the range you can count out Dr Phillips and all the other upscale areas mentioned.

You might be able to find a home that meets your needs in Clermont in the higher end of your price range.

The only reason I kept Clermont off my list is because I'm not sure it would meet the 30 minute requirement. It's probably closer to 45 minutes practically speaking, unless you take the toll roads and there are not congested.
