and are having the hardest time finding a rental. The problem seems to be finding something in town near the Windermere area or nearest to. Like the others I too have children and pets. I have found a townhouse/condo in the soho district or metrowest area on turkey lake any opinions on the area would be great.

How about townhouse rentals or condo rentals along 535 in Windermere. They are renting new condos at Reahms road and 535. Big sign out there LEASING. Although, with kids, I would prefer a townhouse. At least you would have a tiny yard in the back and hopefully it would be fenced in.
