Hello again

Yesterday I visited UCF (traveled from Miami) for the first time and applied for admission. I'm pretty sure I'll get accepted because I graduated with a high GPA from college and I applied early for the fall.

I went to check out rentals around the area and I found many of them do income restriction and student restriction. I went to this condo rental place called Cricket Club where they had income restricition of $20,000 and no full time students were allowed, just part-timers (8 credit per semester). Another placed I visited was Waterford Pointe, where also had income restricition and students for 1/1 apartment rent is $850, and a non-student rent for the same apartment is $601!

I'm looking to pay no more than $600 for a 1/1 apartment near UCF. Where can I find to rent with no restrictions in the area I'm looking for?

Thanks

University Walk Apartments, 7000 University Boulevard, has very good rates on 1 bedrooms. Good management. It's a few miles from UCF. Ask for Fran and tell her her painter Jim sent you.
