Any opinions or insights regarding the quality of live in the Huntington Ridge Section of Lake Mary would be welcome. If I were to reside in this area I would need to take I4 north in the morning and south in the evening. Would I catch a break because most traffic is heading toward Orlando in the morning?

If you will be traveling I4 north (east) in the mornings and south (west) in the evenings then yes, you won't have issues with rush hour traffic.

Huntington Ridge is a nice community with Lake Mary high school. You're right about the traffic too!

That's a great community, when I sold a friend's home and held open houses between visiting buyers I watched and talked to neighbors tossing baseball with their kids.

Also Lake Emma Road is currently being expanded from 2 to 4 lane.

Hope this helps,

I know the locals can't believe Lake Emma is being expanded. It used to be a dirt road that a friend of mine used to ride her horse on.
