Would someone be able to point me torward the "Nicer" ZIP codes in Lake Mary? Nicer area, better school zoning, farther from higher crime neighboring towns..... also areas with larger home lots are strongly preferred (1/2 acre and up.....)

The only zip in Lake Mary is 32746. What price range? Are you buying or renting?

For the larger lots and the "nicer" part of Lake Mary Would likely be West of I-4 along Markham Woods Rd. However large lots are not exclusive to that area in lake mary, The further East you go toward sanford it might not be as upscale but still a great area.

Will really depend on the price range you're looking for.
