Moving to orlando! Need advice!
my girlfriend and I are moving to Orlando in June. I will be working for Disney and she will be going to school in Apopka. We have been looking for an apartment to live in, somewhere in between preferably, but our #1 concern is safety. We have looked and done research on apartmentratings.com but it still is very hard.

With you working at Disney and she going to Apopka for school, I'd suggest finding something in Winter Garden (south of 50) with easy access to the 429. I'd look of Maguire Road in Winter Garden.

I am also looking into moving to Florida but not until the spring of '11 (quite some time, but doesn't hurt to look). I have my CNA and want to find a job in any Hospital or Heath Facility. I also want to get a full/part time job at Disney. I have been looking at many threads on this site, is the crime FL as bad as i read? I was looking at the Lake Nona area to rent. How is this area? Is there any jobs for me in health care? how bad is the commute to Disney from here? What other suggestions do you have? Thank you!
