Default Where to buy food?

I am wondering if there are food markets in Orlando that sell food cheaper than a Publix or Walmart would. We have of those up North, but I only saw the big supermarkets in Orlando and its not cheap.

Aldi - German-based grocer. Imagine a store that only sold its store brands. That's Aldi.

Momma's Meats and Papa's Produce on Michigan. I don't know if it is really cheaper than the chains, but it is mega crowded, so I guess it is popular.

Winter Park has a farmer's market every weekend.

Becky gave you great advice - especially Sav-A-Lot. Also, check Big Lots for good deals on select items.
Albertson's have incredible buys on meat...but you have to be careful not to overpay on other items. Our church is an Angel Food Distributor - Community Methodist in Casselberry.

This seems to be the newest and most popular market in Orlando.

Welcome to Sedano's

Sedano's is pretty good, they sell foreign(mostly latin american) brands very cheap, cheaper than american brands.
So if you're into international foods, than I would check the place out.
oh and they also have several bakery type stands throughout the store, its very good

Newest yes, most popular no. This dude is one funny character. There are only 3 of these in metro Orlando, none near me so idk how it really is, but it seems like a good grocery store. It just expanded here from Miami where it has been doing great. It actually is planning on expanding to other southeastern states.

There's a Sedano's somewhere in Orlando now? Where is that? They're all over Miami along with Navarro's

Oh yeah, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree sell food. I agree about Albertson's. I buy all of my meats there, but only when they are on sale.

My family of 5 went from $650 a month at Publix to under $400 by going to Aldi's!

I do not NEED the name brands, so it was great.
