Trust me, you don't know how good you've got it in that regard. And just when they start showing signs of life and ability, they're off to a bigger and better paying tv market such as Waco, TX.
Trust me, I lived in a low "C" market in upstate New York for a couple of dismal years, we got the ones that couldn't even finish a communications degree at a non-competitive college. My small town didn't even have cable (this was pre-satellite), so we had no other option. Well, yes we did, turn it off.

You know I think that's my problem with her. She purposely dresses in a provocative (for TV news) manner. If she would wear clothes that weren't skin tight and dress more professionally I might give her a watch. I'm not saying she needs to dress like a dowdy matron, but look at Robin Mead on HLN, drop dead gorgeous with a great figure, but still has a girl next door look and manner about her.

Great point. It's one thing to be good looking, and it's another to dress like you're going to a party.

I would think all the stations would have nice, modern studios. However, most (except WESH) have boring studios. You would think that they would use an unused backlot, or something.

They all do a horrid job at reporting sports, too. Except for Ping on Channel 6, most have like a 1 minute sports report(execpt when the magic are in the playoffs).
