Hi,
I am 22 years old and I just got a job at Dr. Phillips Hospital. Where would a good place be to live that is safe and people my age would be living? I have heard to stay away from Metrowest.

Do you have any more details you could provide? Can you afford to buy a house or condo or are you looking to rent an apartment or a house? All of Dr. Phillips is safe but you'd have to have a little bit in mind of what kind of place you'd want before anyone can really help you here.

I didn't find many apt complexes in DP. It's mostly condos, townhouses, and single-family homes. You could try a rental there.

This was a nice complex near I-drive and DP that I liked when I saw it: The District_New Orlando Apartments | Perennial Properties

Ultimately, it's going to depend on your price range for renting.

I'm looking to rent an apartment... $800 would be my max on rent though. I'm not necessarily trying to find a place in Dr. Phillips but within a reasonable distance from the hospital. Are there apartment complexes in Metrowest that are safer than others? I've been looking at some apt complexes near Millenia.

You may want to look at Montevista on Conroy Rd. It's close enough to Dr. Phillips/Windermere to be away from the potentially dangerous areas of Metrowest but it would be in your price range
