Not sure if there are any Sanctuary dwellers on this board. I live at the Paramount across the street from there in a 1300 sq ft condo and my utility bill was $130 last month, which was electric and water...no gas. I like to have my AC on a lot too. That will go up in the summer, but should not eclipse $200 per month I doubt.

Yeah...but I don't pay the bills...lol! I got to go consult the hubby...I will try and get some numbers for you Our house is 2900 sq. feet tho...don't know how that would compare. But let me ask and get back to ya! Send me a DM if I don't get it to you by the weekend...our scouts are taking a trip this weekend and I am a wee bit busy and it might slip my mine, so may need a reminder
