We are moving to the Orlando area in about 1 month and were hoping to find out more about income taxes for the area.

I know that Florida does not have a personal income tax for the state, but I was wondering if the towns/cities/county in the area have an income tax?

We were considering parts of Orlando, Windermere and Winter Garden.

Any help would be much appreciated! I need to know by tomorrow!

Thanks!

No income tax in Florida at all. Only Federal.

I've never heard of city/county income taxes outside of the northeast. FL doesn't have any personal income taxes at all (including the cities). In fact, it's specifically barred in the constitution, so i don't see it changing any time soon
