Love the big old oaks in the Longwood/Lake Mary area

After living in ripped-apart SoFlo for so long, one of my considerations is trees, lots of trees!

As of 2015..what about Winter Garden? It seemed like it should have garnered more support in this forum? Or was it really nothing in 2007?

It was really nothing in 2007. There's been a lot of revitalization in the historic corridor, plus new expansions in the Horizon West segment of it.

Yeah Winter Garden was pretty much in the early development/redevelopment stage back in 2007. Downtown Winter Garden has become a destination now.

Add to that the fact that Winter Garden is in one of the most accessible parts of Metro Orlando: 429, Turnpike, 408, and SR50 all run through it. (well, 408 technically not, but it's 2 minutes away)

Dr. Phillips, Winter Park, and even downtown Orlando if you're looking for something more urban.
