Do you think its pointless to go to the movies and then go to a casino afterwards to see fireworks? And these are at two separate locations.

Couldn't care less for the casino! But Fireworks and a movie are two different things. What's the difference if they aren't in same location? Pointless? No not necessarily.

Last year I went to a movie and then see fireworks at a casino...but they were in the same area, so guess that doesn't count.

I don't think it's pointless though. There might have been a reason why that person wanted to see fireworks at a different casino. Maybe it was better than other casinos 4th of July events.

If this is what you want to do by yourself, why the questions?

Is someone going with you to these events?

Not pointless at all. And it sounds like a fun, inexpensive way to spend the holiday.

And I don't even gamble. But I've visited the local casinos on numerous occasions to eat, have drinks, see live concerts, etc.

Who says I was going by myself, and yes someone is going with me who does think its pointless, that's why I asked. What's wrong with wanting a second opinion?
