Today's Question(s):

When you buy something that comes with an instruction manual, do you:

Read the entire manual ?
Have someone else read it,then tell you how to use the item?
Muddle your way through expanding your vocabulary ?
Call the customer service line have them explain ?
Go back and bribe the nice salesperson at the store with food or goodies so they will show you how ?

What I do is try it without instructions, then if I get really mad I will read them. If I'm assembling something I usually look at the pics because I've put stuff together wrong and had to do it over

Bonus Question:
in honor of Tape Measure Day

How many tape measures do you have in your home ?
2
How many rulers ?
1
Are they easy to find or does it involve a spoor ?
Ruler is easy! Tape measure, however is lost
Last thing you used one for ?
I was going to use one to measure in the garage but I ended up using a measuring tape, ya know the fabric kind for sewing and stuff!

Extra Credit Question:

Is there one food you could eat everyday and not get tired of ?
I could eat a lot of things everyday, but there isn't something I would want to eat everyday except chocolate!
Is there one food you do have every day ?
Hmm almost everyday is sourdough toast! I have run out though.

Just for Fun :

Some more what do you call its:
Sofa, couch or __Couch__?
Bag, sack or _Bag____?
Purse, pocketbook or ____?
Cabinets or cupboards or _____?
Dinner or supper or _____ ?
Refrigerator, fridge or icebox ?

I'm a girl.......I read more than most men do....but I think I cuss more than they do when assembling something, too.

Bonus Question:

How many rulers ? Probably @ 10

Are they easy to find or does it involve a spoor ? Easy to find.

Last thing you used one for ?
Ruler: Probably a pyrex dish that has centimeter measurements on the bottom....I have a lot of different sizes of pyrex dishes for cakes, enchiladas, etc...I bought a few of them during the era when they were trying to smarten Americans up by having us learn the metric system.....NOT...(old dogs, new tricks). Some of my Pyrex measuring cups have the metric system, (or whatever liquid measurements are called), on one side and the 'correct' measurements on the other side....(LOL 'correct')
Tape Measure: my kid's waistline for a homework assignment that she had about 2 weeks ago...

Sofa, couch or ____?
Bag, sack or _____? Either one for groceries or department store purchases. Sack of potatoes.

Refrigerator, fridge or icebox ? I'm old-fashioned when it comes to this one....

And I call the thing that we put groceries in 'shopping cart'. My best friend, raised in Birmingham, calles it a 'buggy'.
