I'm first??? REALLY???? Woo hoo, that's a good way to start my day!

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would of been easier with a few "Adult beverages" ?

Sitting though my grandson's violin recital. Let's just say, he's not destined for Julliard.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox" ?

Someone was being selfish and wouldn't share a really trivial thing. Ironic, because this lady spends so much time teaching her grandkids to share. Why bother, when she doesn't do it herself?

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away

I could have ________ ?

started doing QOTD years ago.

I should have _______ ?

started doing QOTD years ago.

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone ?

I still don't own a cell phone. Can you believe it?! I must be the only person left on Earth who doesn't want one.

If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know ?

Margarine ?
Healthy spread ? These two.

Up again at day break, Look like you joined the no sleep group LOL.

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would of been easier with a few "Adult beverages" ? I might have thought it, but would never say it out loud. LOL

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox" ? Been a while, I just started avoiding the sand box all together.

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away

I could have ________ ? another sampling of the leftovers

I should have _______ ? Let them be thrown away

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone ? Not me, I cut the ring tone down low, and look at the ID when it rings.

If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know ? I don’t want a song on the phone, just a regular ring, and I will check to see if it can wait of if I need to answer. Wife and Family I will always break for, Most work situations I take, and the rest I make a time judgment on.

Which would I find at your home:
Butter ? This is us, I can’t see why anybody would eat the other two.
Margarine ? Can we say trans fats. I hate to think of all the times I missed my real butter thinking Margarine was better for me. Not any more, I now eat my natural foods, real butter, and real food. Makes it fun to eat again.
Healthy spread ?

Today in History:
1869 - Margarine is patent by Hippolye Mega-Mouries
1904 - 1st Buddhist temple in U.S. forms, Los Angeles, They have one in eastern NC which is amazing in its architectural design. It wonders over a large natural track in a very rural area surrounded by small country churches. I have always want to be the proverbial fly on the wall when they started construction of a Buddhist temple complex in the heart of the bible belt.
1922 - 1st duck-billed platypus publicly exhibited in U.S., at New York zoo
1929 - 1st airport hotel opens - Oakland, California
1948 - Alcoholic Anonymous founded in Britain
1965 - "Mariner IV" sends back 1st pictures of Mars
1968 - Soap opera "One Life To Live" premieres
1987 - Boy George barred from British TV show, he may be a bad influence

Word of the Day:
brannigan \ BRAN-i-guhn \ , noun;
1. A carouse.
2. A squabble; a brawl.

Today is:
National Tapioca Pudding Day: I like Tapioca, but Mrs. Cncracer won’t touch it.
Winnie-the-Pooh Day
I Love Horses Day
Shark Awareness Day: Should be protect the shark day, we are about to wipe them out for no good reason.
Be a Dork Day
Margarine Day; Not here, If I want trans fats I will go get some fries.
Toss Away the "Could Haves" and "Should Haves" Day: This I like lets start tossing.

Good Morning!!

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would of been easier with a few "Adult beverages" ? This course that I am taking. It is so boring that I woudn't mind getting tipsy and going to class, maybe then it would be a bit more enjoyable.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox" ? Oh a few weeks ago, sometimes you work your butt off to help someone and they are so ungrateful.

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away

I could have ________ ? Saved it for a little while just in case cause usually I always regret it.

I should have _______ ? Kept it??

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone ? No

If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know ? My mom "mama" by Boys II men, sir duke by Stevie Wonder for my boyfriend because I like dancing with him to this song.

Which would I find at your home:
Butter ? Nope
Margarine ? Nope
Healthy spread ? Negative, I don't really eat any of those things.

Have a good one everyone!!!

Hey all. I like it when this is early lol, that is, if I'm here to see it. I'm usually at my best mood this time of the morning. Well, unless it's a school day lol, then I'm mad at existence for existing.

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would of been easier with a few "Adult beverages" ?
The day time. Also the night time. But seriously though, any bad moods I've had over the past few days, anytime I'm ever really upset over anything.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox" ?
Anytime I play a game online, which is why I do it so rarely. I don't need to have a heart attack due to anger at 19.

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away
I never toss anything away, except food, bleh. My grandma tries to throw my old "junk" and other stuff away.
I could have ________ ? Whatever it was, I still coulda used it!

I should have _______ ?
Hidden it better.

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone ?
I don't have a cell phone.
If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know ?
Nothing really specific for anyone I think, I'd want this as a ringtone, it'd just drive people crazy cause I wouldn't answer. I'm still loving it.

YouTube - Final Fantasy 7 CarmellDansen

Which would I find at your home:
Butter ?
Yup, but I really don't like it all that much except on a few sandwiches and on pop corn.
Margarine ? Yeah, we have that to, but I never use it.
Healthy spread ? What's unhealthy about butter?

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would of been easier with a few "Adult beverages" ? Hmmm. I can't think of anything.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox" ? Could have been work-related. However, this is another difficult question for so early in the morning

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away

I could have recycled

I should have recycled

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone ? Nope

If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know ? I just prefer my standard phone ring. That way, if I do not look at the caller id when my phone rings, then I do not know who called. I prefer it that way.

Which would I find at your home:
Butter ?
Margarine ?
Healthy spread ?
None of the above.

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would of been easier with a few "Adult beverages" ? Not a big drinker except for maybe a beer in the evening. Did waaay too much of that when I was younger.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox" ? Ohhh, probably yesterday lol

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away

I could have ________ ?

I should have _______ ?

I try hard not to let this into my thinking - can't do anything about the past and if we spend all of our time on the would've, could've, should'ves, well, then we miss out on the opportunities of today. Like they say, live like there's no tomorrow.

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone ? In the States I did, but now who cares - just so long as it rings loud enough for me to hear it.

If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know ? I'll take the 5th on this one

Which would I find at your home:
Butter ? Right here
Margarine ?
Healthy spread ?

Today in History:
1869 - Margarine is patent by Hippolye Mega-Mouries

1965 - "Mariner IV" sends back 1st pictures of Mars
1968 - Soap opera "One Life To Live" premieres
1987 - Boy George barred from British TV show, he may be a bad influence paleese - I can think of a lot of other singers a million times worse. Didn't care much for his music, but still . . .

Today's Question(s):

What recently had you saying:

This would have been easier with a few "Adult beverages"?

You know, I'm not sure I can think of such a situation. I find that "adult beverages" seem to make things easier at the time, but often lead to decisions that are later regretted.

Bonus Question:

When was the last time you wanted to "Take your toys and leave the sandbox"?

I got frustrated with a work situation recently, and just wanted to walk away from it for a while. Not possible at fiscal year end, but I'm sure looking forward to taking a bit of time off later this fall.

Extra Credit Question:

Before they get tossed away

I could have
kept taking piano lessons.

I should have gone to bed earlier last night.

Just for Fun:

Do you have any special songs as ring tones for certain people on your cell phone?

Ha! No, not so much - I just barely know how to turn the stupid thing on and make a call on it. I hate cell phones, and refuse to carry one unless absolutely necessary.

If not, what songs would you use as ring tones for some of the people you know?

I've never really thought about that. I hardly ever use the phone anyway, and I don't think more than two or three people even know what the number is.

Which would I find at your home:
Butter?
This for baking and cooking.
Margarine?
Healthy spread?
This for toast and bread at the table.
