Insomnia is something I find very peeving. Of course I know what I need to get to sleep the problem is getting it!

I agree everyone, I hate insomnia!! I've had more of it recently than I ever have. It doesn't happen every night but when it happens I usually wake in the middle of the night between 3AM and 4AM and toss and turn until I get up.

This happens to me all the time, and it got worse with the pregnancy. Some nights I wake up at 2, 2.30, and can't get back to sleep again...

I'm awake around that time anyway but can relate to lack of enough sleep....especially at my age, lol!

My problem is falling asleep and then staying asleep!! Couple of hours to fall asleep then wake at like 1,2 and 3 or so. My best sleep is from like 4-8
