A RESIDENT was left stunned after council workmen painted yellow lines over a dead hedgehog instead of moving it off the road.
Allison Hart had gone to visit her mother-in-law, Margaret Mcleod, in Hart Lane, Hartlepool, and mentioned the yellow lines painted throughout the town ahead of the Tall Ships Races.
