Today's Peeve: People who drink directly out of the milk/orange juice container.
Talk about contamination! I don't care if you are blood relatives, married, whatever... that can be very hazardous! What if you are carrying flu germs on you? You have just now introduced that flu germ to anyone who uses that milk or orange juice. They invented cups for a reason! Use them!~ (And if you don't have any cups in your home... and yes, I have heard that excuse... please let me know, I'll send you some cups on the house. )
Sorry, SCG, have to disagree on this one. After being a bachelor for so many years, this is standard operating procedure. One of the perks of living alone, no one to complain, cry, or be itch! If you have a family, that's a different matter.
I also eat from the container, use paper plates, and eat in front of the TV. I don't have flu germs , and rarely EVER get sick. If I was sick, duh, I would not allow anyone to drink from my jug.
My biggest problem was the kids drinking it and then putting the EMPTY container back into the fridge. (Same with boxes of snack in the freezer or pantry.)
My wife doesn't like OJ so I get the advantage of being able to drink directly from the container despite being married. I am giving Mother Nature a hug by not dirtying another glass. OJ comes in its own container so why not use it?
Yeah sure but I just have a thing about drinking from some elses glass?
I'm not to fond of spit.
I'm kidding, I live alone, I don't remember any of my family drinking from the carton, if they did Mom certainly would have put a stop to that. No, no, don't grab my drink and help yourself
I am the only one in my household and I don't drink from the carton/bottle I am such a klutz I would dribble it all over myself
