Where does your username come from? (how to, people, movie, learning)

I am wanting to change my screen name to ColorsOfMe, for a number of reasons. I think that is important that when we look in the mirror that we are able to love ourselves, physically and emotionally.
Also, I realize that I am quite "different" than most people and since I am learning how to express my true self through color and other means, I had thought of a prism. (a piece of glass that, to me, symbolically reflects all the parts that make up our complex selves)
Some people think my username came off of the movie Flash or off of the album Flash Gordon by Queen but in fact it's not true as it was a sheer random choice. M stands for nothing (though some people assume it stands for male), I had to add M because someone had already chosen the username Flash.
My first username ever was dropdoughonem and I used it to set up a AOL account. OMG every name I wanted was taken. I tried to use something cool for like a whole week. Well one day I needed to set up the account to get on the internet and a song came on and had lyrics "drop dough on them" so I went with it. That didn't last long. I can imagine using that name and trying to give out my email address. haha
My username for this Forum is the title name and song from Mick Jagger's CD. I happen to like both (the song and the CD in its entirety) so I came up with that. I am not very imaginative when it comes to usernames. Some others I have seen seem very cool and I admire the person's ingenuity.

A friend had the same problem, every username he thought of was already taken. Finally in a fit of disgust he typed in "pctoilet" and lo and behold, that was available!!

You should have just chosen the username "FlashMe". Bet you would have gotten some interesting messages.
"mrmikeman"
I would rather it had been "Mike" but we all know that Mike/Michael is quite a popular name so some years back I tried "mrmikeman" for fun and it took. Ever since then I use it because it seems I'm the only one using that user name.
People assume that my user name either comes from a song or has something to do with the current vampire craze (), but it's actually the title of the first *professional*play in which I was cast back in New York City (about a gazillion years ago).
