todays peeve....oct 16th (house, to live, street, woman)

Morning peevers.......Not sure Suncoast will remember today so I told him if I see there is no peeve......I'll post. Can't promise but If I see it......be happy to.

For todays peeve..........How about newsy neighbors or people who stick their noses where it dont' belong.

I for one think it would be a much better world if everyone took care of their "own" business.
and
kept their noses out of everyone elses.

Anyone have a neighbor who is always looking out the window and doesn't miss a trick???

Yeah kind of like our government. We are so busy fixing or trying to change other countries when we can't even take care of our own.

Good one. We should all fix our own problems before we meddle in someone else's life.

Lived for 15 years across the street from one of these trouble-makers......a world class gossip and always the ill wind that blew no good. She once raced across the street to a neighbor who had just returned from a two week visit with her parents to inform the woman her husband had spent every night away from home!!

On another occasion I had to report the theft of some jewelry to the police, who came to the house to take a report. She came over and plunked herself down on the front lawn to eavesdrop through the open window!!! And then had the cojones to knock on the front door when she had learned enough to be "sympathetic" and ask if there was anything she could do. DH even let her in, too!! (He was in the doghouse for that one.)

Sounds like my landlady and one of my neighbors. They "claim" they're concerned (about what I don't know) but they're always putting their noses where they don't belong.

Don't have any neighbors like that, but there are a lot of people in town with waaaaaaaay too much time on their hands who do poke their nose into others business. It's like, get a life people and worry about your own life/problems like drinking all day long

We used to have a neighbor like that. It bit her in the butt though. I think she moved back from where she came from... Thank the lord!
