Great tip, Pam.

Great tip, Pam. Will have to remember this one.

I do a variation of this with my entire wardrobe (except for undies). When I take them out of the washing machine I put everything into the dryer for about 5-8 minutes (depending on size of load). This heats them up and gets out the wrinkles from the spin cycle. Shake out any remaining wrinkles, put on hangers, shake again and hang to dry. This works especially well for cotton/synthetic blends and almost as well for 100% cotton, if you smooth out the wrinkles. For jeans and other pants, hang on hangers just as if you were hanging in the closet, smooth out wrinkles and hang to dry. For shirts that button, button the top button and smooth out wrinkles.

I installed a bar in my laundry room for hanging my wet clothing and the end result is that it has pretty much become my closet, as more often than not, I get the day's clothing from where I hung them to dry a few days before.

I well remember the time decades ago when everything we wore was not only ironed but starched and hung on the line to dry. Before ironing, we sprinkled the clothes, rolled them into a ball, stored them in a large plastic bag and left several hours or overnight. Then we devoted almost an entire day to ironing everything we wore. It was very important that we appear in public with clean, starched, ironed (carefully ironed), wrinkle-free clothing. My, how times have changed.

That's exactly what I do, it elimnates almost all the wrinkles!

Anyway, thanks for the tip Pam, I'll try that one sometime.

Pam, good tip, I tried that today, though I did get a little dizzy going around and around trying to look out that little window. But you know, the wrinkles disappeared. Thanks.
