Hello Peevers~ Happy Thursday... and Happy Veteran's Day. Today is a day to take a minute to think and thank all of our soldiers and veterans who are or have fought for our rights to be free... that leads me to Today's Peeve.
Today's Peeve: People who don't appreciate/respect our troops.
Listen... you may not agree with the war and what have you... but those people are fighting for YOU. They are fighting for YOUR FREEDOM... and some of them are losing THIER lives for YOU... so don't disrespect them in ANY way. It's just wrong.
Mine is people who assume I'm a vet. People come up to me and assume I'm a vet just cause I'm blind. It's absurd. And then they thank me for something I never even did.
Top Notch vid SP, thanks for posting! Incredibly true in every sense. When I stop to think that some "Americans" talk bad about these young men and women, it makes me want to vomit.
THANK YOU to all the men and women that serve every day. You truly are loved. NO ammount of money could properly pay you for your services and dedication to our country. May you ALL make it back safely.
