I had a CPR class for breakfast this morning.

Actually, I was running late for training at work so I skipped breakfast.

around 11 am after I mowed the lawn I had raisin bran with dried strawberries and bananas

lol my trainer at the gym today told me I have to eat more he said you must eat something light before you walk
Does he not understand that food at 4:30 am is not appealing

well I added the dried strawberries and bananas I get then in little packets from costco they are just like the ones you find in the cereals. What I like most about them is there is nothing added it is just freeze dried fruit. They also have apples.

one day when I was snacking on the apples I wondered hmm what would happen if I put a piece of the dried apple in water to see if it would rehydrate

it did lol

yeah I know I need to get a job
