jails need to close cops needed to take a hike 60 years ago wuth fbi and dcf and corrections wont fold in florida usefullness worn out i would make bars out of jails have all booze sold there if you want to drink in jail with caring volunteers have to sleep there, vehicles are locked up the problem needs 24 hour solution cant sell your citizens booze prisons have to close in 1900 booze cant leave the jail we buyit from cops fbi is sense

I read some ... but was put in a similar situation as you ...

If your daughter will go through the states attorney .. you can get a court date with the judge ... and the court will appoint an attorney for the children ... you go infront of the judge and the judge will ask your daughter if she wants to turn over custody of the children to you ........... and will ask about the father of the children ....... and at this time the judge will ask you if you understand your responsibilities .....taking care of the children etc ........and "retraining your daughter" to be a mom!

We had custody of my oldest Grandson for about 3 months. Not due to drugs but because of age and other issues involved around the child. My kids are stronger and a great family now!

I would take her.I would also ask for some type of custody.And I grew up with a parent that had a drinking problem,I don't care how much you talk to her or beg her to stop,she is the only one that can do anything for herself.I would focus on the kids and let her handle whatever she has to do on her own.She needs to realize how selfish her addiction really is!
