Miami-Dade County - Team Metro Team Metro is the incompetant department of selective zoning enforcement. Sort of like Miami-Dade's HOA. They respond to complaints so if you want to get after your neighbor just call and they will find something to fine them for. The amazing thing is how they drive right by all kinds of violations and even ignore the ones in their own parking lot! Good thing there are no more rednecks in Miami-Dade or they would have to dodge bullets.
