Angry Slobs

Yesterday I was enjoying a day at the beach, when a woman with her toddler sat right near me in the sand. About 5 minutes had passed the mother began to remove the kids short pants. She then took off the child's pullup diaper which was a mess! The mother cleaned her child up on the blanket and put him in a new pull up diaper. What got me upset was the fact that she walked away with her son to play in the water and left her sons loaded diaper on the blanket opened. Yes there was trash can right near her. I got in up in digust and walked away. Normally people changing there child's diaper does not bother me, because I used to babysit my cousins son and changed him , but this was nasty. Also when I got to the boardwalk next to a trash can I happned to look down while putting my shoes on was dirty Spiderman udies yuck. Why do some people do this, look if they (parents) did not want to go home with a dirty kids undie then throw it the can. Has anybody seen such things before because this is not the first time for me seeing dirty diapers not placed in the trash and open so everybody can see the contents.

That is pretty disgusting. If it were me, I would have said something to her...but that's just me.

I do a lot of traveling and I'd have to say some rest stops are pretty disgusting too. Matter of fact, I've come across the occasional loaded up diaper sitting on a picnic table.

An annoyance of mine is people who walk their dogs and don't carry a bag to pick-up after their dog does their business.
I have a neighbor who walks her dog at midnight on a retractable leash and lets the dog go where it wishes.

It's just total laziness to not dispose of things like that properly.

I always try to be helpful when I can. I would roll it up in the corner of the blanket or I would put it back in her bag so she would be sure not to forget it when she left.

I think most of it... is just a case of the lazy azz - plain & simple. Why do they do it? Some of us need to be told I guess.... there's that "common sense" thing again.. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Yup !! Lazy and lack of respect for others. I've seen the "picnic basket", too. And I live in an apartment complex that allows pets. I pick up after mine. It's not fun and it smells bad. But that is the respect I have for the others that live there. Even if they don't have it for me. I believe these are also the same people that leave trash bag"S" on the front porch for DAYS !! And they then complain that there are roaches and ants.

Thats beyond disgusting, I bet being near those people probably would put your health at risk. And this is coming from the person who thinks that roaches are funny!
