Treadmill, I don't need a machine to grind up my treads. I just walk around the area at a steady pace soaking up the view, that wears them down.
Though if you have one and use it, these are good tips from Pam.

Thanks for the tips Pam! I don't have a treadmill at home but I do have an indoor exercise bicycle. The same principles should still apply. I usually work out on the bicycle 3 times a week.

I use mine when there's ice and snow on the ground and it's not safe to walk outdoors. I'll walk outside in pouring rain if it's fairly warm out and not lightning too much. Good to have the backup treadmill in the house, mostly for winter use.
