An Englishman, a Scot, and an Irishman walked into a pub.

Thanks, Sweetie Pie! I want to try green beer. Do they just add food coloring? I wouldn't have guessed that about Bailey's. Guiness must be confident in their business. My lease is only three years at a time.

Apparently Ireland is confident in Guinness' production, and sounds like you're land lord is confident in you as a lessee.
