Celtic warriors sometimes fought their battles naked, dyed blue from head to toe

They must have dyed themselves blue to avoid being confused with the “others” who might be the enemy in battle. Come to think of it, the enemy would fall down on the ground laughing seeing these naked blue guys and ,,,,, that’s when they lost the battle. ROTFLMAO

hmmmmmmm wonder if that is where the concept of "blue balls" originated. I would still think fighting naked was a strategic disadvantage even if painted blue. Well Joy for sure I had NO idea... Thank u for enlightening me. This is another interesting tidbit I will ponder today
